Point of contact for users (DSA Article 12)
You can contact us directly and rapidly, by electronic means, about anything to do with the service — including illegal content, moderation decisions, or your account:
We communicate in English. We aim to acknowledge messages within a few days and we do not require you to talk to an automated system to reach a person.
Point of contact for authorities (DSA Article 11)
Member State authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services can reach us at the same address, in English:
Law enforcement requests, preservation requests, and orders to act against illegal content should be sent there and should identify the issuing authority and its legal basis.
Reporting illegal content
Anything posted on Translocate can be reported from inside the app — open the message and choose Report. That is the fastest route and it preserves a snapshot of the content as evidence. If you cannot use the in-app route, or you are not a user, email [email protected]. How we handle these notices, and how to challenge a decision, is set out in the EU users section of our Terms.
